No. You are free to come and go as needed within your 60-minute time slot, though we are unable to pause your time.

Although all sales are final, we understand that things come up and plans may change. That is why we offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation if we are given 24 hours’ notice.

We require a minimum of two players. The maximum number of players varies in each room. On Friday and Saturday we have a four-person ($120) minimum for our private escape room experiences.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Your quest will begin promptly at your reserved time.

All our escape rooms are family friendly. Because we understand that young children are unable to fully participate in the complex clues, anyone ages 5 and under will not be charged admission. Ages 6 and up will be charged the standard rate.

Please call us in advance to discuss any ability/mobility/accessibility concerns. Our building is handicapped-accessible, but there may be some limitations within the escape rooms.
